We stand behind our products 100% but realize damages occur in shipping, fear not! We’re here to help.

Replacements
You have 7 calendar days on an item from the date you received it to file a damage claim.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us and let us know about the problem and what was damaged in shipping. We may ask you to send along a photo of the damage as well.

Your item needs to have the receipt/order number or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If your return is approved, and you would like a refund we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
